Dreamgirl Diamond is a wholly owned subsidiary of UK Dreamgirl Group and uses UK Dreamgirl Group's credit and debit card processing system on the Protx secure servers.

All credit card transactions will appear on your statement as UKD Group

No contract will commence between you and UK Dreamgirl Group for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until UK Dreamgirl Group accepts your order by email confirming that it has despatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom . Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England , and you and UK Dreamgirl Group irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. UK Dreamgirl Group shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials used in this website. All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned or licensed to UK Dreamgirl Group. Product Information

Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. UK Dreamgirl takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity. Prices are subject to change and without prior notice. All goods offered on the Dreamgirl Diamond website are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Our website is updated on a regular basis.

Prices

All prices are correct at time of publishing and are in GBP (£ sterling) and must be paid in (£ Sterling ). When paying by credit or debit card your credit card company will convert the transaction into £ sterling.

Methods of Payment

You are able to pay for your goods using all major credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Solo, Electron and Maestro). Protx Secure servers offer you the highest level of security when entering credit card details over the Internet Your Payment will appear as UKD Group on your credit or debit card statement. You may also pay by cheque made payable to UK Dreamgirl Group and sent to. 54 High Street, March, Cambridgeshire, PE15 9JR Please write your order confirmation number on the back of the cheque as this will speed up the processing of your order. All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto this website. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered. All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render UK Dreamgirl Group liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. No refunds will be given for goods until they are received by us.

RETURNS POLICY

Dreamgirl Diamond offer a hassle free returns policy. Due to the intimate nature of our products, health and safety regulations and European money laundering regulations, you will find full details of our returns conditions on this page.

1: Lingerie and costumes should be returned in their original packaging and not having been worn or washed within 14 days of purchase (except for Christmas or Valentines orders). Christmas orders placed during December must be returned by the 7th January and Valentines orders placed in February must be returned by the 28th February. Please also pay particular attention to perfume damage.

2: In line with health and safety regulations we cannot accept returns of thongs, g-strings, knickers or hosiery for hygiene reasons.

3: If you are returning lingerie or costumes for replacement of the exact same item due to a defect, you will not be charged postage and packing

All items are checked for defects before posting. If a garment is found to be defective, please accept our apologies and we will endeavour to replace it as quickly as possible.

If we cannot replace it, you will be offered a full refund or an exchange to the same value.

4: If you are returning lingerie or costumes of the exact same item for a different size or colour, we reserve the right to charge postage for the replacement at the rate of £3.95 per delivery.

5: You need to enclose a returns number with your return this can be obtained from returns@dreamgirl-diamond.co.uk. Giving your name and order number and the reason for return.

6. All lingerie or costume returns must have a returns number and your surname clearly written on the front of your return package returns will not be accepted without a returns number.

7: Money laundering regulations and administration charges:

If you are returning lingerie or costumes that were a gift please be aware that due to the money laundering regulations any refunds will only be made to the card that was used to make the purchase. Dreamgirl Diamond use a card processing payment provider for all transactions; please allow up to 28 days for refunds. Returns other than for replacement of faulty garments or exchanges for a different size or colour may be subject to an administration handling charge of 15% (with a minimum of five pounds sterling) of the original cost depending on the circumstances.

8. It is recommended that you return your lingerie or costumes via registered post. Dreamgirl Diamond cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in the postal system.

9: Lingerie or costumes returned not in it's original packaging, with missing labels, soiled, worn, washed or smelling of perfume will be sent back to the customer without replacement or refund.

Delivery & Packing

All orders received before 1pm for in stock items are usually despatched the same day following credit card authorisation. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours. All time scales exclude weekends and bank holidays where orders will be despatched on the following working day. Our standard delivery service should deliver UK mainland orders in 3-5 working days. All orders are dispatched in plain strong and discreet packaging
